We use your personal data to process your request, to have all the necessary information to contact you and send you an offer for the technical rubber solutions you need. Data collected:- Name;

Provision of Contracted Services
If you become our client and we sign a contract for the manufacturing, customization, and/or delivery of rubber components, for its execution we also collect:- Company data (name, CUI, Trade Reg. No., registered office address, bank account), in the case of legal entity clients;
- Data of technical and administrative contact persons within your company;
- Product delivery address;
- Technical documents required for the project: drawings, technical specifications, applicable standards, conformity certificates, as appropriate;
- Data necessary for invoicing and commercial correspondence during the collaboration.

- Data collected through the contact form: 24 months from the last interaction, considering the duration of B2B decision cycles for technical rubber solutions.
10. Automation of the Decision-Making Process
PARMEL GOMMA SRL (parmelgomma.ro) does not use automated processes that can generate legal effects concerning you or that can significantly affect you. You can always request not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, if that decision produces legal effects concerning you or otherwise similarly and significantly affects you.
